Are your pillows washable?

All of our pillow covers are washable. Simply remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend only spot cleaning the pillow insert.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 365-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

The high loft is not high loft for me

"I allowed the pillow to breathe for like three days outside package. I prefluffed a few times. However, the pillow (high loft) deeply flexes my cervical spine laying on my back. I get really bad lower back pain sleeping on my side and stomach. I am only using this one pillow. I will say my neck does not feel hot or sweaty during sleep thus far (have not been through winter sleeping yet to really test). It is a nice malleable mix between soft and firm, but I sink so deeply that I cannot put this pillow on top of another soft pillow or a high firm one to find balance. The least painful, lessened discomfort position for me is only on my back and when going straight to sleep. This is not a “little reading in bed pillow”. To give context, I am normally a 2-pillow sleeper because of head positioning/combination sleep position needs and I have my first Brooklyn bedding Spartan firm mattress. It makes me wonder how flat the low loft is. I guess I paid more for the material than my desired loft."

Extremely Soft

"Talalay Latex Pillow by Brooklyn Bedding. It is the softest pillow I have ever experienced, no structure. Reviews said it was medium firm. It went from 5 inches to 1.5 inches when I put my head on it. I'm returning it to the seller unfortunately I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee and pay for shipping. I will never again purchase a latex pillow."

"Pillow is too short. I selected the highest loft but i still need 2 pillows to be able to keep my neck straight. But it's material and springiness are great. Just wish it was thicker. It does not feel like a 5. 5" loft to me."

"This is my first dedicated side sleeper pillow, and it's pretty good at support for my head when I'm side sleeping and it stays cool when sleeping. It was pricier than I expected but the value is pretty good if you're focused on getting a solid pillow for your side-sleepingness. Also great there is a military discount!"

"I’ve always slept with two pillows so was worried about only having one and figured it would take time to adjust- nope, day one and I loved it. Debating between high and low loft because I’m both back and side sleeper, went with high loft and that has turned out to be great. This is my first latex

"This is my first latex pillow and it has a noticeable bounce at first. There is also a bit of an odor as well, but that faded in a couple days. I got the thickest option, but it is still thinner than expected. Overall, the pillow is pretty comfortable and cool."
