Our 365-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

Pretty good but pricey and the strap is disappointing

"The pillow itself is fine, it does the job pretty well. I chose this one because of the strap (I move around a lot), and while it works, the way it’s attached isn’t great. The hard/pointy side of the Velcro is on the pillow, so sometimes when the strap pulls on it it rubs against my skin uncomfortably. Plus the Velcro is already coming off. I probably wouldn’t buy this one again."

"My physical therapist suggested that I needed to sleep with a pillow between my knees so I proceeded to research options. I couldn't imagine how I would be able to comfortably turn over in my sleep while trying to hold a pillow in place. Then I noticed the small Side Sleeper Knee Pillow with a Velcro strap. When it arrived I was happy to see that it did what I was hoping for; I don't have to wake up to turn over and it doesn't disturb my blanket - or my husband!"

Best of 3 knee cushions

"I’ve used two other types (brands) of knee cushions and I prefer the Helix. The amount of cushion is good for me and I suppose that depends on your body size. I am 5’4” 137 lb. The strap helps to keep the cushion on my thigh as I change positions while sleeping, which is an improvement over the others I have tried. There are Velcro patches that the strap attaches to so it is adjustable and removable."

perfect for my knobby knees

"i’m a side sleeper and have lots of joint and muscle pain. my knee bones pressing on each other all night causes a lot of discomfort so this pillow is actually the perfect solution. i love the leg strap included so the pillow moves with me whenever i turn over in my sleep."

I Expected This To Fail - Boy, was I wrong!

"I went through 3 mattresses in 2 years, trying to get back pain relief. I had tried using ordinary bed pillows and rectangular decorative lumbar pillows between my knees, with no success. Skeptically, I ordered this pillow expecting it to fail. Boy, was I ever surprised! Within 3 days my back pain diminished and in a week I woke up pain free, which has continued for several months."
