Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

Not what I was hoping for

"I’ll start this review by saying that I’ve never used a knee pillow before. While I like how it aligns my hips, I hate how it causes my to ankle to drop. I used this pillow for about a week before it got tossed to the back of my closet. I also wish the pillowcase was made of cooling fabric because it turns into a little furnace under the blankets. I also found the leg strap was a good concept, but too loose to be effective. It should be adjustable so you can tighten it to prevent the pillow from shifting every time you move. My solution was to buy a Coop pillow which makes it really comfortable to sleep on my back. This keeps everything well aligned."

"It’s fine, even nice. An added little luxury for bedtime. However, for the price, I expected something that offered a lot more support. After a little while, this pillow deflates a lot, which kind of defeats the purpose."

Excellent Product But Zipper needs Better Cover

"I absolutely love side sleeper knee pillow. The design is close to perfect BUT the zipper and the attached handle are not so wonderful. The zipper pinches and scratches my leg and the Velcro just scratches. Providing a better cover for the zipper would help this part of the issue. I am having a cover made for mine."

"The velcro attachment is pretty small so it doesn't really get right enough to stay in place if you have a thinner leg. Also, compresses a good deal, so if you're looking for a firmer option this might not be it."
