Great, but not quite what I hoped it would be
"The pillow I bought more than exceeded my reasonable expectations. It is firm, manifestly well-made of excellent materials, and supports me well enough when I read in bed. My only quibble, owing to my fault (Mea Culpa), is that it does not support my weak legs and horrid low back in the way I had hoped. I hoped it would be higher at the thick (non-sloped) end so I could bend my knees at a right angle relative to my bed. It does not, forcing me to add an extra pillow to accomplish my primary need. I intend to take a second, closer look at your inventory and select (and pay for) another pillow that better suits me. The images we see (everywhere) online can be inadvertently deceptive (again, no fault of yours). Calling your customer service department before buying again would likely be a wise move. Thank you."
