Are your pillows washable?

All of our pillow covers are washable. Simply remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend only spot cleaning the pillow insert.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

"we won the Titan plus mattress while we were at the Hershey RV show. While we were there, we went ahead and purchased some pillows and we like these pillows because we were able to pull some of the cushion out to match our firmness. our back pain is almost gone, and my wife was having neck pain from the pillows that we had and that is been completely eliminated. we are sleeping better also"

Not enough support

"I was hoping for a nice side sleeper pillow but found it lacking. I was trying to replace a generic shredded memory foam pillow which had gone flat. This new pillow seemed to be the same thickness as my old pillow and did not offer enough support to side sleep and my head slowly sunk near the mattress."

Great Pillow and great value.

"Just what I was looking for as I am a side sleeper. Have had this pillow now for over 6 months and it is holding its shape nicely. Someone commented on not being able to keep a pillowcase on it. I discovered that by turning the pillow zip cover inside out and then putting it on that way, then this other side of the pillow cover is not as slippery, and the pillowcase stays on. Highly recommend this pillow for side sleepers as I think it is going to last a long time."
