Are your pillows washable?

All of our pillow covers are washable. Simply remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend only spot cleaning the pillow insert.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

"Just not enough fill in the pillow. It's so flimsy and the fill always ends up unevenly distributed. If it was filled properly it would probably be fantastic but it's just much too light and doesn't really give any support at all. Not a good use of money."

"I was so excited to use my new Helix pillow, but quickly realized it was not going to become my "favorite pillow of all time". Though well-made, the pillow does not have enough support for me and my troubled neck. I will continue searching for my "favorite pillow of all time" and, in the meantime, will refluff and refluff and refluff this one."

Not as flat as I had hoped

"Although this pillow does flatten upon lying on it, it does not lay as flat as my original pillow. As a belly sleeper, I began having occasional neck pain, so I returned to my original pillow."

Missed the mark

"I had really high hopes for this pillow, but it just didn't deliver. I love a soft pillow that I can sink into but is still supportive, so this one seemed perfect, especially after a cheap IKEA feather pillow started to give me neck pain. This pillow didn't feel plush to me, at all. Once my head sunk in a little it felt like laying a rock, while also not providing much support. It hurt my neck to sleep on and badly irritated my ear piercings from how dense the filling was. While this one felt marginally better than the IKEA one, it wasn't enough of a difference to justify the extra $50. Everyone's needs are different, so maybe that's why there are so many positive reviews for it, but this was huge miss for me."

Best I've Had

"Best pillow I've had. I've tried a lot and this one is by far the most comfortable and durable. The only nit I have is I wish it wasn't so full. I'm a side sleeper and at times it holds my head up too high. I can usually make adjustments to the pillow by "pounding down" on it to make it more compact. Having said that, I still would not change it for anything I've had in the past."

Pillow was good but it smelled bad

"I orderedmy first pillow and it smelled very strong when I received it. I aired it for several weeks and couldn’t get the smell out. I asked to return it and get a replacement pillow. That pillow arrived and smelled as well. I went to Costco and got 2 pillows, which didn’t smell but weren’t as comfortable as the Helix pillow. i still cant use the helix pillow due to the smell."
